  Upgrade your 2021–2025 Ford Bronco’s suspension performance and wheel travel with BDS Performance Upper Control Arms. Designed specifically for leveled or lifted Broncos, these UCAs are built from 1.5-inch OD, .120-wall high-strength steel tubing and feature a repositioned ball-joint cup to maintain proper geometry after a lift.

  At the frame side, each arm comes preassembled with vulcanized, vehicle-specific rubber bushings that deliver quiet, dependable operation and bolt directly into the factory mounts. At the outer end, BDS equips these arms with premium FK uniball bearings to maximize durability, articulation, and overall suspension travel.

  These UCAs restore approximately 1.5° of caster, helping bring alignment back into spec on Broncos running 2–4 inches of lift with base suspension, or 1–3 inches of lift on Badlands and Sasquatch models. Compatible with BDS lift systems as well as most other leveling and lift kits on the market, they’re a solid upgrade for any Bronco owner looking for improved on- and off-road handling.

  1. Will work with Badlands/Sasquatch-equipped at 1-3" lift, non-Sasquatch models with 2-4".
  2. Does not fit Bronco Sport models.
  3. Do NOT hit the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204-592).
  4. Will not work with models with a height sensor attached to the UCA.
  5. BDS UCAs will NOT work with OE Black Body struts, unless they are combined with a strut spacer with a minimum height of 5/8".
